Application of tetradentate monoquinoline ligand in preparation of medicine for treating Alzheimer disease and schizophrenia

The invention discloses application of a tetradentate monoquinoline ligand in preparation of drugs for treating Alzheimer's disease and schizophrenia, the tetradentate monoquinoline ligand is TDMQ20, and the chemical structural formula of the tetradentate monoquinoline ligand is shown in the specification. Proteomics results of brain tissues of three different AD model mice treated by TDMQ20 are provided, and the application of the tetradentate monoquinoline ligand in preparation of drugs for treating Alzheimer's disease and schizophrenia is provided. The three models comprise two mouse models (hippo-CuA [beta] and icv-CuA [beta]) for brain positioning injection of AD and a transgenic 5xFAD mouse model. Bioinformatics analysis on the proteomics results shows that the TDMQ20 plays an important role in regulating the expression of the neurodegenerative disease related protein. Therefore, the tetradentate monoquinoline ligand can be used for preparing medicines for treating Alzheimer's disease and schizophrenia.
