Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a commodity housing value-based batch evaluation method, which comprises the steps of obtaining basic information of to-be-evaluated commodity housings, classifying the to-be-evaluated commodity housings according to attributes of the to-be-evaluated commodity housings, dividing the same commodity housings into the same category, obtaining historical annual operation data of an enterprise, predicting future annual operation income based on the historical annual operation data of the enterprise, and evaluating the value of the to-be-evaluated commodity housings according to the predicted future annual operation income.
