Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a construction method of a human lung adenocarcinoma cell strain capable of stably expressing pemetrexed drug resistance, and the construction method comprises the step of culturing the human lung adenocarcinoma cell strain by pemetrexed in a mode of changing the concentration, so as to obtain the human lung adenocarcinoma cell strain which can be stably passed and has the pemetrexed drug resistance. Compared with a traditional high-concentration repeated intermittent method and a low-concentration long-term stimulation method, the novel method for screening the drug-resistant cell strain is simple in steps and fixed in screening time.
