Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a nylon material and a preparation method thereof, in particular to an automobile door frame edge strip nylon material and a preparation method thereof. The material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 75-95 parts of nylon, 10-25 parts of glass fibers, 3-25 parts of a low-odor toughening agent, 0.3-1 part of a lubricant, 0.3-1 part of an antioxidant and a certain amount of carbon black. The bio-based elastomer is adopted as the automobile door frame nylon material toughening agent, and the toughening effect on nylon is remarkable according to the low glass transition temperature of the bio-based elastomer, and can be compared with grafted elastomers such as maleic anhydride; the product is safe, non-toxic and harmless, has low interfering odor, effectively solves the problems of strong odor, poor appearance and the like of current market products, and saves the production and manufacturing cost of post-treatment.
