According to the invention, commercially available cheap 3, 5-diamino-1, 2, 4-triazole is used as a raw material, and 3, 5-dinitroamino-1, 2, 4-triazole is prepared through one-step nitration of an HNO3/H2SO4 nitration system and then reacts with a hydroxylamine solution to prepare the energetic material. The method has the advantages of cheap raw materials, mild reaction conditions, good stability, high total yield and the like, and can effectively solve the problems of lengthy synthesis route, low yield, environmental unfriendliness and the like in the prior art.
