In order to solve the problem that a non-standardized circuit model is difficult to model in the analog circuit design process and the problem that the circuit design efficiency is not high due to the fact that the electromagnetic field simulation speed is low, the method comprises the steps that firstly, a device library is constructed, a circuit is built, AI networks are interconnected, and comprehensive network parameters of the AI networks are obtained; the comprehensive network parameters in the simulation process are compared with the network parameter target of the simulation device, and if the requirements are met, an equivalent circuit corresponding to the AI network is output to a three-dimensional full-wave electromagnetic field simulation tool for simulation.
