The method comprises the following steps: step 1, crushing a reservoir core; 2, preparing a hydrochloric acid solution with a certain concentration; 3, putting the crushed rock core into a constant-temperature water bath box; 4, additionally taking the crushed rock core and putting the crushed rock core into a constant-temperature box for a contrast test; step 5, carrying out drying treatment on the treated sample; step 6, carrying out mercury injection test on the dried sample particles; 7, drawing a pore size distribution curve according to the mercury injection experiment data; 8, comparing the pore size distribution curve and the porosity change of the sample; step 9, performing sample mineral component change analysis; and step 10, analyzing the pore volume change mechanism of the sample and determining the acidification duration.
