Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a novel enzymolysis extraction method of soybean peptide powder with multifunctional characteristics. The novel enzymolysis extraction method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out microfluidization treatment on soybean protein isolate; (2) synthesizing a protease composite material; (3) preparing a protease biological catalytic membrane; (4) deep enzymolysis in an enzyme membrane reactor; and (5) spray drying to prepare soybean peptide powder. The extraction method of the soybean peptide provided by the invention is high in efficiency, the soybean peptide can be recycled, and the prepared soybean peptide is high in yield, has excellent functional characteristics and has extremely high development and utilization values.
