Sn at intervals of 5-90 degrees; the surfaces of the sliced thin plates are subjected to mechanical polishing/acid pickling derusting, cleaning and degreasing, then the sliced thin plates are stacked in sequence, and the heads and the tails of the stacked plates are bundled through metal wires; then warm rolling deformation is carried out at the temperature of 150-275 DEG C, the pass deformation is 20-70%, and heat preservation or annealing treatment is not carried out between passes; cold rolling deformation is carried out at the temperature of 20-50 DEG C, and the pass deformation is 5-10%; and finally, carrying out annealing heat treatment at 300-400 DEG C for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
