Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a control device for a power conversion device capable of suppressing the flow of an inrush current into a power converter with a simple configuration. A power conversion device in which a power converter connected to a DC power source, a filter, and a switch connected to an AC power source are connected in series in this order is provided with: a calculation unit; calculating an estimated value of the AC power output by the power converter on the basis of the value of the AC current flowing between the power converter and the filter and the value of the impedance of the filter; and a control unit that controls the operation of the power converter in a state where the shutter is open. The difference between the estimated value and a target value of AC power calculated on the basis of the value of AC current flowing between the filter and the switch and the value of AC voltage applied between the switch and the AC power source is within a preset allowable range.
