Zusammenfassung: | A noise attenuating trim component for a vehicle comprising a pile layer, an adhesive mass layer and a backing layer, where the adhesive mass layer is adhered to an adjacent layer, where the adhesive mass layer comprises at least a thermoplastic elastomer polyolefin-based composite (TPO) having a filler content of at least 55%, and where the adhesive mass layer has a density of 1.4 to 1.75 kg/dm3, a viscosity of less than 50.000 mPa.s and an MFI of higher than 250, and wherein the adhesive quality layer is adjacent to the pile layer and partially permeates into the lower region of the pile, thereby adhering the fibers and/or filaments and/or tufts within the pile.
