A micro-module structure provided by the present invention comprises a main frame system, cabinet systems and a ventilation system, the main frame system forms an upper-layer sealing structure and a lower-layer sealing structure, the cabinet systems are arranged in the upper-layer sealing structure and the lower-layer sealing structure respectively, each cabinet system comprises a plurality of columns of cabinets, and an air duct is formed between any two columns of cabinets. The ventilation system comprises an air supply port and an air return port which are formed in the main frame system, the air supply port is communicated with the cold air channel, the air return port is communicated with the hot air channel, and the air supply port and the air return port are used for being connected with an external cooling unit.
