Deconcentrator and cable

The invention provides a deconcentrator and a cable, which are applied to the technical field of communication. A deconcentrator comprises a conductive part used for being connected with a wire in a cable, and the conductive part comprises a cylinder body connected with the wire and a limiting ring located at an opening part of the cylinder body; a first insulating cover; and the second insulating cover is matched with the first insulating cover and shields the conductive part.
