The method comprises the following steps: constructing a new energy consumption production model and carrying out production simulation; performing Z-score standardization processing and data reconstruction on the basic data to obtain a data matrix; determining a function relation between the single factor and the absorption capability through a polynomial fitting method; mapping the single-factor change low-dimensional data into a high-dimensional space by using a kernel function to obtain a high-dimensional space model; calculating a joint distribution function of the high-dimensional space model by using a probability density function, and constructing a multi-uncertainty new energy consumption model by considering Bayesian prior probability and posterior probability analysis; and determining a new energy consumption capability determined value according to the obtained mode |
