Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for measuring the residual quantity of metronidazole in poultry eggs, and relates to the technical field of analysis and detection. The method comprises the following steps: taking deuterated metronidazole as an internal standard, preliminarily extracting an egg sample by using a mixed solution of ethyl acetate and methanol, performing secondary purification by using a 80% acetonitrile-water solution and pure acetonitrile (chromatographically pure), performing solid-phase extraction purification, performing determination by using high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, and performing quantitative analysis by using an internal standard method. The method is simple and rapid to operate, time-saving and labor-saving, has better recovery rate and repeatability, is suitable for large-scale treatment of poultry egg samples, and completely meets the requirement of monitoring the residual risk of metronidazole in poultry eggs.
