Zusammenfassung:	A cooling and lubricating system of a hybrid power transmission comprises an oil tank, a filter, an electronic pump and a mechanical pump, an oil inlet of the filter is connected with the oil tank through a main oil way, a first oil outlet of the filter is connected with an oil inlet of the electronic pump through a first oil supply branch, and a second oil outlet of the filter is connected with an oil inlet of the mechanical pump through a second oil supply branch. The electronic pump is driven by an oil pump motor, an oil outlet of the electronic pump is connected with an oil inlet of an oil cooler through a first one-way valve and a lubricating oil way, an oil outlet of the mechanical pump is connected with an oil inlet of the oil cooler through a second one-way valve and a lubricating oil way, and the mechanical pump is driven by a gear set of a transmission. The lubricating oil way provides lubricating oil for the clutch through the first lubricating branch, the first lubricating branch is sequentially p
