Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a flexible cooling device used after steel plate tempering. The flexible cooling device comprises an air supply system used for providing cooling air. The steam fog system is used for providing steam fog and is arranged below the air supply system; the cooling system is used for sectionally cooling the steel plate, the mist system is connected with the cooling system and arranged between the cooling system and the air supply system, and the air supply system is communicated with the cooling system; and the support frame is used for fixedly supporting the cooling system.
