Zusammenfassung:A method of operating a vehicle includes a vehicle controller that receives a driver acceleration/deceleration command for a vehicle powertrain and determines a torque request corresponding to the driver's acceleration command. The controller adjusts the torque request and determines a compensated acceleration and an uncompensated acceleration based on the adjusted torque request. The compensated acceleration is based on an estimated road grade and an estimated vehicle mass, while the uncompensated acceleration is based on a zero road grade and a nominal vehicle mass. Calculating a final speed range curve: if the speed of the vehicle is lower than a preset low vehicle speed, calculating the final speed range curve as a speed curve of speed control based on the uncompensated acceleration; if the vehicle speed exceeds the preset low vehicle speed, the final speed range curve is calculated as a torque controlled speed curve based on a mixture of the compensated acceleration and the uncompensated acceleration.
