Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a complex curved surface deformation online detection and five-axis compensation processing method, which is characterized in that a complex curved surface is a part irregular molded surface, holes in the molded surface normal vector direction are processed on the part irregular molded surface, deviation exists between the part outer molded surface and the theoretical molded surface, and in the processing process, the deviation value of the point in the normal vector direction is measured at the position of each hole; and compensating the deviation value to the axial direction of each hole for machining. The industrial technical bottleneck of complex curved surface five-axis online compensation is broken through; input variables are greatly simplified in a vector conversion mode; the judgment process of the compensation vector direction is omitted by using the reference point, and the algorithm efficiency is improved; the dynamic error of the radius of the measuring head in each direct
