The method comprises the steps that the minimum bending radius is determined according to the model of a to-be-accepted cable; after the position of a laser transmitter is determined according to the field environment of the to-be-accepted cable, laser is transmitted to the to-be-accepted cable through the laser transmitter, and a first distance from the laser transmitter to the to-be-accepted cable is obtained; after the laser transmitter deflects towards the preset direction by a preset angle, second laser is transmitted, and a second distance from the laser transmitter to the to-be-checked cable is obtained; calculating a target distance according to the minimum bending radius, the first distance and a preset angle; whether the second distance is larger than or equal to the target distance is judged, if yes, it is judged that the to-be-accepted cable meets the acceptance requirement, and if not, it is judged that the to-be-accepted cable does no
