Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a VVL mechanism switching fault diagnosis method and device and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that the actual rotating speed and the actual load of an engine and target vibration signals of all air cylinders are obtained; according to the actual rotating speed and the actual load, whether the VVL mechanism switching fault diagnosis working condition is entered or not is recognized; when the VVL mechanism switching fault diagnosis working condition is entered, the target vibration signals of all the air cylinders are processed to obtain fault recognition signals of all the air cylinders; according to the fault recognition signals, the actual lift state of a VVL mechanism of each air cylinder is determined; and according to the actual lift state, whether a switching fault happens to the VVL mechanism of each air cylinder or not is determined.
