On one hand, the invention provides the chimeric antigen receptor which is formed by sequentially connecting a first signal peptide, an antigen binding fragment, a hinge region, a transmembrane region, an intracellular costimulatory signal domain, an intracellular domain, a self-cleavage sequence, a second signal peptide and an anti-CD47 single-chain antibody in series; on the other hand, the invention provides an immune cell which targets an antigen and simultaneously exocrine a CD47 antibody, especially a T cell, an NK cell or an NKT cell modified by a chimeric antigen receptor.
