The LTCC dielectric material is an LTCC material with the dielectric constant of 12-16, low loss, stable temperature and high strength. The LTCC material can be sintered compactly at the temperature of less than or equal to 900 DEG C, the dielectric constant is continuously adjustable in the range of 12-16, the low dielectric loss is less than or equal to 0.9 per thousand, the near-zero frequency temperature coefficient is-10 to + 10 ppm/DEG C, and the high bending strength is not less than 220 MPa.
