The novel antibiotic slow-release preparation method comprises a solid vancomycin nano-microsphere PLGA-PTMC slow-release system and a liquid BMSCs-PLGA-PTMAC stent. When infectious bone defects are treated, compared with a vancomycin CPC sustained-release system implantation group, the anti-infection ability of the CPC sustained-release system group containing vancomycin and BMSCs is stronger when the CPC sustained-release system group containing vancomycin and BMSCs is implanted. When infectious bone defects are treated, compared with a vancomycin CPC sustained-release system implantation group, the bone formation capability of the CPC sustained-release system group containing vancomycin and BMSCs is higher.
