Wherein a protecting cover is arranged on the section, above the inner cover, of the straw, and the protecting cover clamps the straw along the polished rod; the protecting cover is positioned on the turning cover through a first shaft, the turning cover is positioned on the outer cover through a second shaft, and the protecting cover and the turning cover can be sequentially opened by bouncing the straw; when the turning cover is closed, the protecting cover can be driven to swing forwards, and the polished rod is linked to swing backwards to force the straw to be bent and closed; the push rod is arranged between the inner cover and the outer cover in a sliding mode, and the turning cover is locked and unlocked through cooperation of the inclined face hook foot and the inclined face tongue block.
