Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a composition with an immunity improving effect. The composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 0.336 to 0.69 part of red ginseng extract; and 0.032-0.063 parts by mass of the elderberry concentrated juice powder. According to the composition provided by the invention, under the condition of reasonable proportioning, the synergistic effect in the aspect of body immunoregulation is realized through low-dosage addition, and particularly, the quantity and phagocytic function of macrophages are protected. 本发明提供了一种具有免疫力改善作用的组合物，由以下质量份的原料组成：0.336～0.69质量份的红参提取物；0.032～0.063质量份的接骨木莓浓缩果汁粉。本发明提供的组合物在合理配比的情况下，通过低剂量添加实现在机体免疫调节方面的协同作用，尤其是保护巨噬细胞的数量和吞噬功能。
