The metal layer M3 is provided with an access microstrip transmission line and a lead-out microstrip transmission line, the access microstrip transmission line is communicated with the first strip transmission line, the first strip transmission line is communicated with the second strip transmission line through a vertical transition structure, and the second strip transmission line is communicated with the lead-out microstrip transmission line through a vertical transition structure; and the access microstrip transmission line, the outgoing microstrip transmission line and the second microstrip transmission line all adopt bending winding structures and are provided with periodic LC structure units.
