The method comprises the following steps: (1) collecting urban rail transit operation data; (2) constructing an urban rail transit operation risk fault tree model; (3) integrating personnel, equipment, environment and management risk factors into the urban rail transit operation risk fault tree model, and evaluating risk values of disaster events at all levels by applying a weighted accident tree analysis method in combination with risk occurrence probability, loss caused by risk occurrence and evolution degree of risks along with time; (4) according to different risk values, judging early warning levels, and starting corresponding emergency measures; and (5) according to the monitoring data, obtaining a development trend and time relation graph, and realizing risk pre-judgment.
