When the steel coil produced by the method is used for manufacturing a portable fire extinguisher shell, the yield strength of a product is moderate, the yield ratio is small, and the elongation, the strain hardening index n value, the plastic strain ratio r value and the like of the product are relatively high; the product is easy to machine and manufacture, machining methods such as stamping and drawing are high in adaptability and good in mold adaptability, the fire extinguisher shell with the depth reaching 220 mm can be produced, and the yield is high.
