The preparation method of the degradable biological epoxy resin comprises the following steps: dissolving tannic acid in an organic solvent, and adding an epoxy monomer to obtain a mixture; adding a curing agent into the mixture, pouring the mixture into a mold, and heating and curing to obtain the product, the epoxy monomer is a monomer containing more than two epoxy groups, and is at least one of bisphenol A diglycidyl ether, trimethylolpropane triglycidyl ether, castor oil triglycidyl ether, 4.4-diaminodiphenylmethane tetraglycidyl amine and epoxidized soybean oil.
