Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of pectin extraction methods, and particularly relates to a method for extracting low-molecular pectin from banana peel. Comprising the following steps: treating banana peel with tea polyphenol, then carrying out enzymolysis by using an enzymolysis preparation, extracting pectin by combining microwaves, and then carrying out alcohol precipitation, filtration and drying to obtain the low-molecular pectin. The low-molecular pectin is extracted by combining enzymolysis with a microwave extraction method, banana peel oxidation is avoided by utilizing tea polyphenol, the pectin is reserved, the low-molecular pectin with the molecular weight lower than 3kD is finally obtained, and the extraction rate is high.
