Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a single-component geopolymer repairing material and a preparation method thereof, and the single-component geopolymer repairing material is prepared by adopting a staged ball-milling method: firstly drying nickel slag, fly ash and slag, pouring into a ball-milling tank filled with steel balls, sealing, placing on a ball mill for ball-milling, after high-speed ball-milling for 2 hours, adding solid alkali and a retarder, mixing, and performing low-speed ball-milling for 0.5 hour, so as to obtain the single-component geopolymer repairing material. And taking out powder after ball milling is finished, and storing the powder in a sealing bag. Compared with a traditional ball milling process, the performance of the material can be remarkably improved. 本发明提供了一种单组分地聚物修补材料及其制备方法,采用分阶段球磨方法制备:先将镍渣、粉煤灰与矿渣进行烘干,倒入装有钢球的球磨罐内并封盖,放置到球磨机上球磨,高速球磨2小时后,加入固体碱、缓凝剂混合低速球磨0.5小时,球磨结束后取出粉体,用密封袋保存。相较于传统球磨工艺可以显著提高材料的性能。
