Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an N-graphene/ZnO composite gas sensitive material as well as a preparation method and application thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially adding a NaOH solution and an N-graphene suspension into a (CH3COO) 2Zn. 2H2O solution to obtain a mixed solution; the molar ratio of (CH3COO) 2Zn. 2H2O to NaOH is 1: 2, the mass of N-graphene is 0.75%-2.8% of the mass of (CH3COO) 2Zn. 2H2O, ethylene glycol is added into the mixed solution for a solvothermal reaction, the solvothermal reaction temperature is 175-185 DEG C, the reaction time is 23.5-24.5 h, natural cooling is conducted after the reaction is finished, a product obtained through the reaction is washed to be close to neutral, drying is conducted, and the N-graphene/ZnO composite material is obtained.
