Zusammenfassung:为了确定窑中玻璃物料均匀加热,使用两个氧-燃料烧嘴(21、22)和一个氧气喷枪(23),优选喷枪在两烧嘴之间一半处。通过改变喷枪和烧嘴中氧的相对百分数,得到高亮度的火焰。 Heating a glass furnace batch involves: (a) positioning one or more assemblies of first and second burners, supplied with fuel gas and an oxidiser gas containing at least one 50 vol.% oxygen, spaced apart by not more than 3 m in one of the furnace walls; (b) positioning an oxygen lance between the first and second burners to form a combustion assembly; and (c) supplying 30-80 (preferably 30-70) vol.% of the oxidiser gas to the lance and 20-70 vol.% (preferably the remainder) of the oxidiser gas in similar amounts to the first and second burners, to retard combustion and to increase the flame length compared with that obtained without injection of oxidiser gas in the lance.
