Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a laser forming method of TiC/WC/17-4PH high-temperature wear-resistant steel, which comprises the following steps: firstly, pretreating a powder material, then uniformly mixing pretreated 17-4PH high-strength steel powder, tungsten powder and TiC powder, and adding an organic silicon-containing binder; and finally, laser forming is conducted, and the TiC/WC/17-4PH high-temperature wear-resistant steel is obtained. The method is used for achieving laser forming of the high-temperature wear-resistant component and is used for meeting the high-temperature wear-resistant use performance of parts, prolonging the service life, expanding the application market of stainless steel and saving resources.
