Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of fluorescent molecular tomography, particularly relates to a high-resolution fluorescent molecular tomography method based on a standard imaging space, and aims to solve the problems of complex data fusion and registration and low fluorescent molecular tomography accuracy and precision in the prior art. The method comprises the following steps: completing fusion registration of structural data and fluorescence data based on a gridded SIS; calculating a forward model to obtain a system matrix; combining least square and elastic network regularization to construct a target function; optimizing by utilizing a relaxed alternating direction multiplier method; and equivalently converting and correcting the variable iteration mode according to the non-negative sparse prior of the unsuitable nature and the light source to obtain a fluorescence molecular tomography imaging result.
