Zusammenfassung: | Systems and methods of identifying reagents loaded into a fluid processing system may include programming a protocol for preparing a sample into a controller of the fluid processing system; loading the plurality of reagent containers into a carousel of the fluid processing system; imaging the respective labels of the plurality of reagent containers with an imaging device to produce label images; comparing information in the tag image with identification information located in a database in communication with the controller; and determining whether an appropriate reagent has been loaded into the carousel to perform the protocol. A fluid processing system may include a platform, a cuvette holder, an imaging device, a pipette, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, and a processor configured to perform a method.
