Fine wire cutting device

A filament cutting device may include an outer sheath. A bushing may be coupled to a distal end of the outer sheath. The inner diameter of the liner may be a cutting edge located at a distal tip of the liner. An actuation wire may slidably extend within the outer sheath and bushing. An engagement body may be coupled to a distal end of the actuation wire. A chamber may be defined along a length of the joined body, the chamber configured to capture a portion of the filament within the chamber.
