The invention relates to a compensation processing method for improving influence of environment temperature on radio frequency output aiming at a signal source. The compensation processing method comprises the following steps: carrying out high-low temperature division on the working environment temperature of the signal source; testing power output values of the signal source at normal temperature T under the condition of different frequencies; calculating a temperature coefficient K according to the power output value of the signal source at normal temperature and the power values at high and low temperatures; and for the test frequency point and the non-test frequency point, respectively calculating the radio frequency output power of the frequency points. The invention also relates to a compensation processing device for improving the influence of the ambient temperature on the radio frequency output for the signal source, a processor and a computer readable storage medium thereof. By adopting the compen
