The manufacturing method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: preparing a titanium alkoxide, a niobium alkoxide, a tantalum alkoxide, a water-free solvent, ammonium adipate, boric acid, ammonium phosphate, a dielectric precursor solution, a reducing gas and an aluminum base material. The manufacturing method of the negative foil for the aluminum electrolytic capacitor is simple in structure and reasonable in design, the aluminum foil is coated with the dielectric precursor solution mixed with the titanium alkoxy compound and the niobium alkoxy compound or the tantalum alkoxy compound, after drying and firing treatment, heating treatment is conducted in the reducing gas, and the negative foil for the aluminum electrolytic capacitor is obtained.
