Zusammenfassung:A universal cipher-variable sealing device using IC card is suitable for bank user and can replace seal. A digital signature system is used. User cipher is stored in IC card, not in the sealing device. Said IC card conforms with the standards ISO7816PART1.2 and 3, and asynchronous half-duplex block transmission protocol is used for communication. Its cipher is randomly generated in special computer and can not be deciphered. Its output mode is 120-bit 2-D bar code "print mode" and 18-digit "handwriting mode".
