The invention provides an anti-tamper device and an anti-tamper method for an ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) electronic tag. The device comprises a microprocessor, an anti-tamper sensing module and a communication module, the microprocessor communicates with a client through the communication module; the anti-disassembly sensing module is fixed on an automobile and is connected with the input end of the microprocessor; the anti-tamper sensing module is used for activating the electronic tag after communication connection is established between the microprocessor and the client and the position is fixed again, and obtaining anti-tamper parameters after activation; recording real-time anti-disassembly parameters when the electronic tag works; and the microprocessor judges the state of the electronic tag or triggers tamper according to the deviation between the activated tamper parameter and the real-time tamper parameter.
