Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an efficient flooded air-cooled heat pump system which comprises a refrigerant circulation loop composed of a compressor, an air side heat exchanger, a water side heat exchanger and a four-way reversing valve. Four ports of the four-way reversing valve are respectively connected with an exhaust port and an air suction port of the compressor, a first end of the air side heat exchanger and an air pipe connecting end of the water side heat exchanger; a second end of the air side heat exchanger is connected to a liquid pipe connecting end of the water side heat exchanger after passing through an electronic expansion valve; the first port of the liquid storage tank is connected to the inlet end of the electronic expansion valve after passing through a reversing pipeline, the second port of the liquid storage tank is connected to the liquid pipe connecting end of the water side heat exchanger after passing through an electric valve, and the third port of the liquid storage tank is connected
