The invention discloses a sewage treatment device and a nursing type robot. The sewage treatment device comprises a shell with a containing cavity, a sewage tank arranged in the containing cavity and a driving mechanism, the shell is provided with the containing cavity, an opening communicated with the containing cavity and a connecting channel, a pipe connector mechanism is movably arranged in the connecting channel, and the sewage tank is arranged in the containing cavity and provided with a pipeline connector used for being communicated with the pipe connector mechanism. When the pipeline is separated, the driving mechanism drives the pipe joint mechanism to move away from the sewage tank so as to disconnect the pipe joint mechanism from the pipeline interface on the sewage tank; when the pipelines are connected, the sewage tank is arranged in the containing cavity, the driving mechanism releases the pipe joint mechanism, and the pipe joint mechanism moves towards the sewage tank and is automatically commu
