Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an application of a CD36 inhibitor in preparation of a medicine for inhibiting scar formation after spinal cord injury, relates to the technical field of biology, and in particular relates to an application of the CD36 inhibitor in a medicine for repairing nerve injury. According to the application, 100 microliters of three CD36 inhibitor salvianolic acid B (50 g/ml, 100 g/ml and 200 g/ml) are injected into the intraperitoneal cavity by utilizing a spinal cord T10 half-cut model, and after 8 weeks, fiber scars formed by aggregation of damaged local fibroblasts can be obviously inhibited, and meanwhile, regeneration of damaged local blood vessels is also promoted.
