The horizontal material receiving belt is located at the feeding end of the differential carding device, and the collecting belt is located below the differential carding device. The differential carding device comprises a plurality of differential carding belts arranged side by side, any two adjacent differential carding belts are different in rotating speed, and gaps allowing tobacco leaves to fall down are formed in the two sides of each differential carding belt.
