Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a switching power supply anti-surge low-temperature low-voltage starting circuit which comprises a power supply starting sub-circuit and a power supply anti-surge and compensation sub-circuit. The power supply starting circuit comprises a VIN end and an MOS tube; the power supply anti-surge and compensation sub-circuit comprises an NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) device, a diode and a compensation capacitor; the NTC device and the diode are connected in parallel to form a parallel circuit, one end of the parallel circuit is electrically connected with the VIN end, and the other end of the parallel circuit is electrically connected with the positive electrode of the compensation capacitor; the NTC device in the circuit limits the instant surge impact current when the compensation capacitor is powered on, and the compensation capacitor is charged before the MOS tube is conducted; after the MOS tube is conducted, the VIN end provides starting current, meanwhile, due to the fact th |
