Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for automatically generating an engine failure rate analysis report. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, defining quality indexes; step 2, extracting and marking data; and step 3, generating a fault rate report, and forming the fault rate report according to the engine debugging fault rates of different product batches, the engine class I and class II fault rates, the fault rates within 3 months after the engine is put into the market, and the fault rates within 12 months after the engine is put into the market according to the product batches. According to the fault rate report, recent fault points and long-term fault points of the engine can be deeply excavated and positioned layer by layer, and a direction is indicated for subsequent quality improvement of the engine.
