Potential state determination device

The potential state judging device comprises an input end, a voltage drop circuit, a pull-down circuit, a load circuit, a transistor, a pull-up circuit, a first output end and a second output end. The voltage drop circuit is coupled to the input end. The pull-down circuit is coupled to the voltage drop circuit and a first reference voltage terminal. The load circuit is coupled to a second reference voltage terminal. The first end of the transistor is coupled to the load circuit, the second end of the transistor is coupled to the first reference voltage end, and the control end of the transistor is coupled to the voltage drop circuit. The pull-up circuit is coupled to the second reference voltage terminal and the voltage drop circuit. The first output end is coupled to the first end of the transistor and is used for outputting a first state discrimination signal. The second output end is coupled to the voltage drop circuit and is used for outputting a second state discrimination signal. 电位状态判别装置包含输入端、压降电路、下拉电路
