The system comprises a control terminal, a processing module, a CAN communication module and a terminal communication module. The control terminal is used for sending a control instruction to the processing module and receiving information returned by the processing module; the processing module is used for receiving and processing the control instruction and sending the control instruction to the OBD system; the CAN communication module is used for transmitting the control instruction of the processing module to the OBD system and transmitting feedback information of the OBD system to the processing module; and the terminal communication module is used for transmitting a control instruction of the control terminal to the processing module and transmitting feedback information of the processing module to the control terminal.
